The agency has a vibrant culture and this is reflected in the approach of finance team. We seek a strong personality to lead and mentor the team, implement reporting structures and add value by business partnering the CFO.
You will be a commercially minded driven individual who has previous success leading the finance department in a creative people led business within the comms sector. Able to drive growth of the business by the identification of areas appropriate for expansion and support the team with both on line and offline financial information.
