An opportunity to attain a client facing commercial accounting management role within a independent integrated marketing services agency based in Central London.

Working within the senior management team and the client management team. the purpose of this role is to ensure all aspects of cash flow pertaining to the client productions and WIP management are managed effectively. Working across the financial team to ensure a responsive finance team are highly commercial in their decision making. Prompt invoicing of clients and cash flow management are integral to this role and previous successes in adding value in this area within marketing services are highly desirable. We seek an individual with the drive and flair to introduce new procedures in an inclusive manner.

The successful applicant will be a driven individual knowledgeable regarding business communications and the processes involved in order to make improvements to processes. You will be responsible for driving prompt reporting and effective WIP management culture within the client management team.

A unique opportunity to join a advertising communications agency on a permanent capacity in Hoxton - London as an Accounts Payable Clerk. We create brand identities and corporate communications within both traditional and digital media. Established 25 years ago we have grown as an organisation to our current level of nearly 150 staff year on year to our current standing.

You will be the contact for customers wishing to ascertain when payments are to be made from suppliers and purchases from them. As such you will have total ownership of the purchase ledger, match supplier invoices with purchase orders and code invoices for entry into the nominal ledger. Expenses are paid twice weekly and this will, again, fall under your remit.

We seek a communicative and consistent individual who has worked within accounts payable for a significant period previously. You will have an understanding of the standpoint requires to bring resolution to queries and delight each enquiry with your swift resolution.

New temp role - Independent integrated communications agency.

An opportunity to work within the finance team in an independently owned integrated communications agency within central London for a minimum of three months at accounts assistant level.

The role exists to support the finance department in ensuring full compliancy in accurate reporting across accounts payable and accounts receivable. There will also be some WIP and reconcilliary work in both the cashbook and nominal ledger and therefore the ideal candidate should have direct experience of these duties in -ideally- a company in the media sector. There are also duties manually processing expenses.

The finance team ,here, are upbeat and fun as well as professional we therefore seek an individual who will be able to match the energy levels in the team.

Systems knowledge required - Access Accounts MS Excel and PowerPoint.
